category__in issue?

I’m the author of recent post plugin, some of my user reported that it not work with http://wordpress.org/plugins/siteorigin-panels/.

After did some tests, I found that the problem is my plugin use category__in and tag__in. When I removed both of them, everything work fine.

Any hints?
