Hi there,
You have a JavaScript error. Press F12, click to the Console tab, and then refresh the page. It appears to be the plugin you are using for HTML compression.

I uninstalled Autoptimize, but it still doesn’t work.

It only works when I turn off the drop-down list display. I’m wodering why?
It is working just because the JavaScript for the <select> list is now gone.
Apart from Autoptimize and W3 Total Cache, do you have any other compression or cache plugins installed? In order to provide a more accurate answer I need to reproduce this on a test site.

I have not installed any compression or cache plugins. All that’s left is Jetpack, Ad Inserter Pro, Advanced Editor Tools (previously TinyMCE Advanced), Akismet anti-spam, BeliefMedia Text Highlighter, DeBlocker (Anti AdBlock for WordPress), Disable Comments, Contact Form 7, Pen, Really Simple SSL and Yoast SEO.
Two of them are commercial plugins, no way to test them, all the rest seem to be fine. You should disable them one by one to find out which one might be causing this issue.
