Category View Shows up in 404 Error

    At first I thought it might be the fault of a permalink error or the plugin “Category Access” but I tweaked the former and deactivated the latter and still nothing changed.

    My category archives don’t seem to be working. Every other archive and post view is, including pages. But every time I try to view posts listed under a category, I get a 404 error.

    This is happening at my site http://darkfaerytale.com

    Does anybody have any idea what’s causing this and how it can be fixed? Thanks.

    I hate to bump, but the problems are still here and I am at my wits ends. Help – anyone?

    If you change to default theme, do archives work?
    Would help determine if theme or server issue.

    Also, how about default permalinks? Do archives work then?
