Category title and meta description tags

I’m trying to figure out the best way to do custom title and meta description tags for my Categories. I’m using the All In One SEO plugin, which does a good job with individual posts and pages, but nothing for my Catetory pages. Currently the title tags for my Category pages are the descriptions entered in manage|categories. I suppose I could change the text here to make an acceptable title tag, but I need custom title tags and meta descriptions for each Category page. What’s the best way to handle this? Should I use a different plugin or combination of plugins?
