    Hi Melanie,

    Glad to help. Normally you select the categories and they display on the form. If that is not happening, it could be the result of the form getting cached (as you suggest). So if you are sure that is not the issue, then something else must be interfering with normal functionality. In order to determine the cause of the conflict, you can do some basic troubleshooting of your plugins and theme. That linked article provides a complete guide, specifically for this case check out the sections on “Plugins” and “Themes”.
