Vendor or Store manager will not have access to all the categories. They can access categories that they have uploaded the products only. But in case admin, they can have access all over the categories.

Actually, we assigned some categories to vendor and also added some products under that category but somehow its not loading.

I’m not sure how you managed to assign the category to the vendors but the concept is, if a vendor can access the category from the vendor dashboard, they should be able to do the same in POS as well.
However, we have checked all the possible ways to reproduce the issue but it all seems okay so far and assuming you are facing the issue somehow on your site specifically.
