another question, after adding the different language title in the page/post, how to make it appear in the menu, i noticed when i add the page/post to the menu, only english will appear and i have to manually key in again.

Categories – is premium edition feature.
To localize menu visit appearance->menus.
actually i hacked the code and added the category translation myself
i also added some code hacking that auto fill the menu label with the translation when the menu page is visited.
this is a very good plugin. thank you very much for making it free
