 * Hello team. unfortunately the category image cannot be changed. What do I have
   to do? I know how us where to change the picture. but when i change the picture
   and save it, nothing happens. why is it not changed?

 * If you’re updating an image but the changes are not observed on your site, it
   could be due to caching.
 * Thus, I’d recommend checking for any caching plugins that you have and purging
   all cache from them then check if the issue persists.

 * Can you try to change the Product Category thumbnail after switching the theme
   to Storefront and deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce? Does it work?
