Category Hierarchy

    Is there any way to do a category hierarchy ?

    Like you have a celebs category suppose and you have Tom Cruise under that ?

    so it should show up as /category/celebs/tomcruise and the cat tom cruise would show up as indented in the category list in the sidebar

    Default behavior, that is.

    Login to your site and visit Manage -> Categories. When creating a new category (bottom of that page), note the pulldown menu for “Category Parent”. That’s where the magic happens.

    wtf has happened to my f*** mind..thats the second time..the solution was right there..and i couldnt find it..

    There is also a plugin that lets you arrange categories any which way which you like that I find quite useful. Guess what it’s called? yep, Category Order. You’ll find it at the bottom of this page > http://www.coppit.org/code/
