# Category help – Permalink?

 * Hi, I’m new to WordPress so I’m not really sure what to do. I want to make it
   so that my categories become URLs instead of “[http://k0shy.com/?cat=3&#8221](http://k0shy.com/?cat=3&#8221);.
   For example, if I have a category called Travel I want the link to that category
   to be [http://k0shy.com/travel](http://k0shy.com/travel). How would I do this?
