Unfortunately not. The database search requires a set of coordinates to find nearby locations.
I will make this possible in a future version.
If you’re comfortable with code, and don’t mind modifying the core files, then you can make it work. But you will need to write custom code. If you want, then I can point you in the right direction?
Hi, I also wanted to hide the map. This I know is possible via css. Now on the dropdown I did an example of how I would like it. Do you send the documentation, do you think it will be simple without typing the name of the city?

Hey @tijmensmit, I would like to also not use current location but filter by categories. Can you give me some sort of direction to get this forking? Also is there a way to add a keyword search box to filter?
@creativemanner as I mention here, it’s not possible at the moment ( at least not without modifying the core code ).
Keyword search is also not supported, only searching for location names works at the moment.
I am willing to pay the cost of this modification, would you help please?
