# Category Description Length

 * First and foremost: Awesome plugin. Thanks for the work!
 * I’ve a question regarding the category description length suggested by Yoast.
 * Is there a way to change this length? I think 150 Words is way to much. Are search
   engines really looking for that amount of words? I’ve written an example description
   for one of my categories and I’ll need 50-60 words for a good description.
 * And I want to get rid of the red/orange signs. 🙂

 * You can type whatever length you feel is best. Just google it and you’ll see 
   that 150 is widely accepted as the norm. There is no setting for changing category
   length and it would require editing the code for the plugin. You’ll have to live
   with red dots.
