# Category Description

 * Many themes do not display the category description but your plugin emphasizes
   its use. I.e. the readability goes to red if this description isn’t added. Why
   is this? And how do we overcome it?
 * Also if a theme does display it you recommend 250 words which really makes each
   category in woo-commerce look terrible, what is recommended with this?

   generally advise adding at least 300 words to pages you want to rank with, since
   the amount of text on a page has a positive impact on the page ranking. We have
