No as of now that feature is not available as of now, might be in the future will try to add that based on requests
But there is post based disclaimer options are there you may use and override the disclaimer based on particular posts

You may enable from this – http://prntscr.com/10pl86g which will enable disclaimer globally, now if you don’t want to show that to particular post you may disable disclaimer for that posts from – http://prntscr.com/10pl96d under particular post’s edit screen
OR
You may use shortcode [wppd_disclaimer][/wppd_disclaimer] to particular post to show disclaimer more options of shortcode are like – http://prntscr.com/10pla7g
