    for the category display part, are you talking about with the frontend and template display?

    For the menu, are you referring to categories that were created for the CPT not showing up as available in Appearance > Menu?

    Same Problem
    The taxonomie is showing (you have to enable it in option menu upper right) but when I choose one and klick the Add to menu button nothing happens.

    I’m using wordpress 3.9.1, latest version of the plugin and twentyfourteen theme with no extra plugins in use.

    na i solved the problem – Even though i had already created a category called clients, it didnt work. so created another one called categories and it came up in the menu absolutey fine.

    in terms of adding it to the page, the advanced options are available bit if it isn’t set up right in the first place it isn’t going to work.

    h3p315t05 are you making sure to attach them to a post type of some sort?
