Category colours

Hi,

I am just getting in touch as I followed a guide from the Events Calendar website https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/the-events-calendar-category-colors/ to enable category colours on my calendar but they do not work.

I have downloaded the recommended plugin and the category colours appear fine when using the WordPress calendar to preview, but when I go to my actual Elementor page the colours do not appear.

Would be grateful if you can suggest how we can get this to work.
