Category are still indexed

Hi Yoast (and the rest of the team)

First of all: Thanks for a great plugin! Makes my life so much easier.

But the last couple of weeks, it has started to cause some trouble (I bet something else is the cause – but trouble it is!). Even though I’ve set all categorypages to no-index and “no-sitemap” they appear to be both indexed in the search results and in my sitemap.

So before I go on and write of a bunch of exclusive text for all our category pages: Do you have a solution to this?
