Category Archive on a page…

How do I arrange it so the main menu links go to a page that displays a lists of posts in a certain category? Right now, if you click on “Drink” it just takes you to a page with no content. But I have a category called “Drink” and want the list of all posts for that category to appear when you click on menu item Drink.

Please advise.
