Category and subcategory filtering

    Hi there,

    I bet this topic is somewhere, hidden from me. I’ve spent two days trying to figure out a way ho to do Advanced Search or better Filtering from my categories and subcategories and I just can’t. I give up and rely on anyone for help.

    Here is what I need… every category has subcategories, they have their own subcategories etc. I would like to find a plugin, widget that I could use, best with shortcode to input in my page.

    Categorization something like this:
    The whole world
    -United States
    –New York
    —New York City
    —-Manhattan
    —–6th Avenue

    And I would like it to be a drop down for each subcategory. So if I filter out the first one and have US only left with the actual list of states from US.

    I am fairly new to WP so please excuse me if I’m asking a stupid question, I just can’t find it.

    If at all possible the feed should be from the standard WP categories and subcategories.
