 * You can create categories in the Edit Post window, and apply them to your posts.
 * you and also tag posts.
 * Another feature available in WP is custom taxonomies.
 * From what you wrote above, it sounds to me as if you’d want to create separate
   categories for each country, and then use tags to sub-divide the posts within
   each category by city name and locations within the city.

 * Yes, what I want is that the posts are categorized by country, city and type 
   of places within the city.
    And find a way so the visitors of the site can search,
   for example, posts that talk about restaurants from Paris/France.
