Categories sidebar always show 0 count | WordPress.org

Hi I have added them to the categories but they still show up as 0 in the category. The items are there if you go to Media > Library but the sidebar always shows as having 0 in that category.
How to fix please, a bit confusing if it says 0 when there is 20 in there.

I don’t need to do a loom as you can see the media category shows 0 and there are hundreds in there. You can see the date so not sure why it never changes from 0. All categories are showing 0 when they all have items within.
