# categories problem

 * I made a fresh installation of wordpress 1.5, but the categories have problems,
   each time i click one category it did not go to the categorized entries, instead
   it still shows all the entries. any ideas?

 * Hi,
    ‘got the same problem. May be the Permalinks structure is not so good ? 
   the link look like [http://www.mydomaine.net/index.php?p=%post_name%/name_of_the_categorie/](http://www.mydomaine.net/index.php?p=%post_name%/name_of_the_categorie/).
   I’m using WP1.5. Thanks

 * kajika, no underline in %postname%… try this rewrite structure:
    /%year%/%monthnum%/%
   day%/%postname%/
 * burgen, make sure Options -> Permalinks -> Category Base is blank

 * right. But even if the category base is blank, it doesn’t work.. still got all
   the entries 🙁 [http://www.araknea.net/index.php?p=category/divers/](http://www.araknea.net/index.php?p=category/divers/).
