• Hi all,

First post so forgive if this has been done before, but I couldn’t find answer at all (searched and browsed codex’s for it). Sratching head now…

Basically I have this category set up
    Pix
    – Ele
    – Pho

“Pix” being the parent and “Ele” and “Pho” being children.

    Is there any way I can get these to be formatted like;

    Pix – Ele, Pho

With each linked to their specific categories (eg if a person clicks on “Ele” they go to all the “Ele”‘s)…

    Is that possible at all?

    Thanks,
    Richard

  • Are you talking about moving it from a vertical sidebar to a horizontal menubar?

Yes, if that was possible? Juts to appear like this:

    Pix – Ele, Pho

Not to bothered about the seperators, the can be “-” or “,” or whatever, just in that order would be excellant…

You might check out this article:

    http://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_Horizontal_Menus

You’ll need to edit your theme to make these changes. Depending on the theme, your pages may be a widget, or you may need to remove them from your sidebar.php file. Most likely you will need to add the commands to your header.php file.

That should get you started. Post back once you’ve read this if you need more help.
