# Categories Not Loading

 * When I select a category from the drop down, It just sits and shows the “loading”
   bar. I have at least one link in each category so it’s not that there are no 
   links. I tried uninstalling but all my settings/data were still there so that
   didn’t work.

 * Are you using ajax switching to display the links? Then you may want to check
   for errors in your console (press F12 in your desktop browser to open dev tools).
 * You did place the [ link-library ] shortcode to show your links, right?

 * I forgot I posted this here…
 * I had created an “all categories” category and that was the issue. Once that 
   was removed, it started working.

 * Hmmm weird… did you try creating another category after that?
