# Categories not loading

 * The plugin is not working for me. I just displays Knowledgebase and nothing happens.
   I followed the suggestions you gave here: [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/no-post-and-categorie-appear-on-the-knowledgebase-homepage?replies=3](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/no-post-and-categorie-appear-on-the-knowledgebase-homepage?replies=3)
   by changing theme to default and disabling all plugins but it won’t work. The
   categories won’t shore on the knowledgebase home page. Any help will be appreciated

 * Sorry I resolved it. I think you have to mention that, one has to add articles
   to categories before the categories start to display. My thinking was, if there
   were not articles, the categories will still show with zero (0) articles

 * Cool, glad you sorted it out. 🙂 Hmmm yes it’s a good point. I will mention this
   in the description so it is clear.
