# Categories Missing

 * This is happening to me on a number of my websites so I’m thinking its an overall
   WordPress problem. But when I login to my backend and go into my categories tab,
   they are missing, “No Items Found” but near the top I can see it gives me the
   number of categories I have. And I know I did not delete them.
 * They just seemed to have disappeared? Below are 2 examples of my sites.
 * Any suggestions??

 * Are you actually using MultiSite here?
 * This is NOT a ‘normal’ multisite issue. I would start with turning off plugins
   and flipping to the default, twentyEleven, theme and see if it works.

 * All plugins deactive, revert to original theme. Same error. Across multiple sites,
   not all updated to most current wp version.

 * I had my hosting company clear my tmp folder and that fixed the problem. Tried
   everything else, this worked right away.

 * That … is weird. And the second time this month I’ve see something like it.
 * What caching are you using on your server?
