# Categories is empty

 * Hi,
 * When I try to create a new post select a category and make the post as review.
   I don’t see any categories listed in the front end an where. why?

 * You are not seeing the category when viewing the post like in this [example ](http://prntscr.com/navejc)?
   
   If so, what theme are you using? Maybe it doesn’t display the category or there’s
   a setting which needs to be enabled.
