Categories does not display

Hi, I am using wordpress version 4.1.1.
I have been used this plugin for about 5 months.
Yesterday, I upgrade my wordpress from 3.9 to 4.1.1 and used this plugin again. However , it can’t display the Categories.
Can you find some way to solve my problem?
