Ok, that’s strange. What are the names of your categories? Maybe it is some kind of localisation issue.

I am having the same issue after updating even the latest 1.4.4 does not seem to fix it? Categories dont show up any more when uploading an image into a post or in my case page or product page.
I do see them in the Media Library itself.

Where are the categories not visible. Everywhere? Or only in the post or media gallery? And just curious but you have a license for the premium version, so why are you using the free version?
I just installed the plugin in my wordpress website. The categories are not visible in the popup window, while I’m inserting images in post editing page.
I’m using wordpress 3.8.1.

Ok I have been searching deinstalling and installing your plugin and now I see what is happening…
I had the premium installed, but as soon as there is a notifcation in the dashboard to update, it simply updates to the free version!!
I need to overwrite this update manually to get the premium back.
That can not be right?
That is why I did not know I was using the free one again and did not see the media categories when inserting an image in a page or post.
Now I overwritten manually again and I see it again too.
My dashboard is asking me to update your plugin again, but I cant because it will turn into the free version again.
Can you fix this please?

Hi Annie,
I have made a update for the premium version. You can install it for free if you have already bought a licence, which you have ;-). The premium version has some bugfixes and will not update to the free ‘light’ version anymore.

Great, just uloaded the premium version, it replaced the free one and works fine. So from now on if there is a notification in the dashboard and I update it will only update the premium version, fine!
