    Thanks for plugin

    I have set it but categories are not show in alphabetical why

    anyone tell me that how to fix it?

    It was not possible until now. Per your request, we just released a new version. Please upgrade to the latest and go to the setting area. There you can select categories you want to exclude (Use Ctrl+Select for multiple selections).
