 * Hey I’m new to wordpress and currently building my blog, I have previous Web 
   Design experience.
 * Basically what I’m looking for is to be able to within my navigation have my 
   categories, so instead of pages I could just have a row of all my categories 
   within my navigation bar.
 * I’m tried looking around but not found anything exact to what I’m looking for.

 * You could use [template tag](http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags), [wp_list_categories()](http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/wp_list_categories).
   The [Amazing Grace theme](http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/amazing-grace) uses
   pages and categories for navigation if you are interested in seeing how it can
   be accomplished.
