Categories and its posts can be shows in sidebar

    How The categories and its posts can be shown in sidebar.
    I have tried hard to solve it but I am unable to do it so please
    can anyone help me out?

    On the sidebar menu in admin at “Posts” on the right side of the sidebar is a down arrow, click it to expand the menu and it shows cats, post tags, add new etc.. clicking the ^ arrow colapses the menu again.

    no actually I want to show the category title and its posts in the sidebar
