    Where to manage categories of the gallery? I can’t find the way to group galleries and publish menu on top with the gallery categories.

    Every gallery settings section contains a category manager. Where you can sort and manage all categories. When you sort categories you can enable the gallery menu for the root gallery and you’ll see sorting buttons on top of the gallery thumbnails.
