 * Hello, you can add the option of the person select which category the contact
   refers to, that is to say that with a `SELECT (html)` select on which wants to
   ask, you would have to add a new taxonomy to the plugin.

 * This is not something I would add to the plugin, but you can achieve that by 
   embedding a Gravity Form into the Holler Box. If you choose to do that, turn 
   off the Holler Box opt-in setting, and use a shortcode to embed your form in 
   the Holler box content.
