 * Hi. Thanks for this plugin, I found it easy to install, setup and customize how
   it looks. So far it is just what I need. I would now like to make use of categories.
   I installed Media LIbrary Categories and set up several categories which I would
   like to use to filter results on a single page. Is this possible? I know I can
   set up separate pages for each category, but then if I add a doc to more than
   one category I would have to “attach” it to each category page. Is this correct
   or am I missing something? When I do this and use the “add media” function from
   the page, my categories don’t show. They only show if I go directly to the media
   library. Any guidance or advice is appreciated.

 * Hi Megan,
 * I’m glad you’re finding DG useful thus far! 🙂
 * You can absolutely have multiple DGs per page, each pointing to a different category.
   It shouldn’t matter if a given document is in multiple categories — DG just checks
   whether, for the current gallery being rendered, the attachment is a member of
   the specified category.
 * If the document in question is not attached to the page where the gallery is
   being included, you just need to be sure the gallery `id` attribute is set to`-
   1` (eg: `[dg id=-1 "category=Foo Bar"]`).
 * Does that make sense?

 * I love this plugin! I want to use it to replace a table that I have to update
   monthly with a new newsletter. It’s looking quite nice, but I’m missing a small
   bit of functionality. Is there anyway to pull the caption from the media library
   to put below the document title? We try to have a one line summary for each issue.
   Using the description is overkill because we really like the multi-column layout.
 * I’m not afraid of code, so if there’s a dg filter I should look at that would
   be great!

 * I’m sorry, I meant to start a new post. Please ignore this comment.
