 * Is there a way to make it so that when new categories are added, they are added
   alphabetically? Or do we need to delete up to the point we want to add a category
   to make it alphabetically correct?

 * Categories are alphabetically sorted on the front end when they’re added and 
   sorted by ID in the administration panel. We can easily make it so they’re alphabetically
   sorted in the administration in the future.
