 * The last link works, the first show a 404.
 * I have provided some support to a quora user who was having a similar issue. 
   You may need to report this to wordpress.
 * If I try to add your plugin to my site, it fails. Instead, I have to download
   it, then upload it as it uses the wrong link which causes a 404.
