# Catastrophic distaster

 * I have been creating posts with no problem for the last couple of days since 
   creating my blog, and out of nowhere, I uploaded a new post and now have been
   getting this error message at the top of my blog (www.themamalist.com), and am
   unable to get into my admin panel at all:

 * Hi, you need to ftp to your plugins directory and delete whatever the
    MACOSX
   plugin or directory is. mike.
