Catalogue ShortCode doesn’t work

    Hi guys,

    I’m using the free version of the plugin with TESSERACT theme updated. When I’m putting the catalogue shortcode on a page, it doesn’t work. The website just show the text: [product-catalogue id=’3′].
    I deactivate all the other plugins with the same results. Any help about it?

    Hi parra,

    It could be an issue with the quotes used around the id attribute. Make sure they are plain text quotes. For example:

    [product-catalogue id='3']

    or

    [product-catalogue id="3"]

    Hello,

    I verified both options, with the same result. Also I uninstalled the plugin and installed again, I had the same result. Here is the link: http://hazturumba.com.ve/catalogo-principal/

    Any more ideas?

    Hi FP,

    I tried the link and the page’s content section appeared to be blank now (i.e. no content was loading).

    If you switch to another theme, for example “Twenty Seventeen”, does the product catalog show then?
