Catagory feed for live bookmarks?

    I have been looking at the codex tags trying to figure out how to add a link to the header of my site to allow people to access live bookmarks (RSS) of each catagory of the site.

    Such as for the whole site I have:
    <LINK REL="alternate" TITLE="UndergroundMedia.org RSS Feed" HREF="http://www.undergroundmedia.org/feed/rss2" TYPE="application/rss+xml">

    But I am wanting another where the href is for each catagory. But am at a loss to figure out how to do it. I was looking at the_category_rss() as a means of doing it???
