 * Pages.
 * With Posts, there is an attribute column for categories that can eb set. I don’t
   see that for Pages.
 * How can wp_list_cats help? How would I use it.

 * First, read the instructions at [individual Pages](http://codex.wordpress.org/Pages/)
   and check out [wp_list_pages template tag](http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/wp_list_pages)
   for the specifics. There are some really good examples there on making this work.
 * You can put the tag in your sidebar, or wherever you want it outside of the post
   and The Loop.
