• I am moving WordPress to a new server. Most everything is working on the new server, save for a few plugins, but there is one error at the top of the page. In the header image, the following text is displayed:

    cat_name; ?>

That didn’t happen on the old server. What would cause that to happen on the new server, and how can I get rid of that?

    Thank you!

Does this happen with any other theme?

I’m not sure. I am using WordPress 4.1.1 running Amped Child Theme theme. I’m doing this work for someone else though, so I really hesitate to change the themes around.

Is there another way to find out what might be the problem? Thank you!

    Basic troubleshooting.

Deactivate all plugins. It that resolves the issue, reactivate the plugins one by one. If if doesn’t then try switching themes. If it resolves the issue then it means the theme has an issue.
