Cash on delivery for selected users or 50% down payment

    Hi,

    I need help with something. We want to try something new with payments on our online store.

    We want to allow cash on delivery for only selected users and a particular price limit (e.g for orders not more than $200)

    or allow all users to pay 50% down payment on every product on our store.

    Any suggestion on a plugin I can use or a way to go about it?
