Cartograf Coookie Filter

Good Morning,

I have installed Cartograf Cookie Filter to comply with the Spanish cookie law, the problem is that the message is on display:none; by defect, and when I tried to edit the plugin itself I found out that every file except for filter.php is inactive. I mean, this is what I see:
cartograf-cookie-filter/cartograf-cookie-filter.php (activo)
cartograf-cookie-filter/style.css (inactivo)
cartograf-cookie-filter/functions.php (inactivo)

And so on, I don’t know what is happening or how to fix it, and it happens with every plugin related to the cookie law, not with the other plugins.
