    I’ve used cartflow in some of my other websites and it works well but for some reason, this isn’t working well. The problem here is when I get to the checkout page and click on the place order button, it should redirect to the thank you page after successful payment but instead, it redirects to the old woo-commerce checkout page after clicking the place order button. If I click on the place order button on the old woo-commerce checkout page the payment works.

    On the settings, I didn’t select any Global checkout page, and also woo-commerce checkout page is set to the default checkout page generated by woo-commerce.

    I have tried going through the settings over and over again but nothing seems to work.

    Usually, this happens due to the conflict between the plugins or by the Payment Gateway which you are using.

    So, to help you with it can you please try the simple and easy debugging steps mentioned in this article?

    Also, which payment gateway are you using? Try making a payment using the Cash On Delivery [COD] method. If using this method, you are getting the correct thank you page of CartFlows; then it confirms that the redirection is being carried out by the Payment gateway which you are using.

    That’s strange and should not have happened. Have you checked for any possible conflict by activating and deactivating the plugins and themes? This article will give you more steps for troubleshooting the conflict.
