At the moment I am still testing but when a purchase is made (using PayPal Sandbox) I am successfully returned to the Thank You page and the Shopping cart is emptied. That is with the ‘Reset Cart After Redirection to Return Page’ option checked in the settings page.
However if this setting remains checked when I view a loaded cart and change a quantity, updating the data also empties the cart. As long as the ‘Reset Cart After Redirection to Return Page’ option is unchecked, a loaded cart can be amended successfully. But then after returning from PayPal the cart isn’t emptied.
Must I settle for asking clients to manually empty the cart after paying, or is there another solution?
Anyone have any clues? Thanks
