Hi @ops159
Thank you for reaching out!
This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Try to reproduce the issue by adding a product to the cart, adding multiple items and updating the cart.
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing the conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

@nawaz0705 I hope the site doesn’t break when I change the theme or disable other plugins. I think there is a problem with the update page. Which page should I go to to see it? I’m also trying what you said right now
Hi @ops159
I hope the site doesn’t break when I change the theme or disable other plugins.
I would recommend taking a full backup before proceeding with the conflict test.
Alternatively, You can clone your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

Whenever I disable it the problem goes away. what do we need to do
/ Super Page Cache for Cloudflare
Hi @ops159,
It sounds like you’re saying that the issue goes away when you deactivate the “Super Page Cache for Cloudflare” plugin.
If that’s the case, that’s good news, as you’ve found the plugin that was causing issues for you.
If this is a plugin that you really need to use, you’ll want to contact the developer of that plugin for support.
Otherwise, you may want to consider removing the plugin from your site.
I’ll go ahead and mark this issue as resolved now.

@luminus has changed for now. but the update button is still not active. when i add multiple items. what do you think is the reason
Hi there @ops159
I suspect the Update
button is disabled by your theme. Some themes are known to do this and add the update event on live cart changes.
For example, when you press the +
or -
button to adjust the quantity, the theme automatically updates the cart, there is no need to press the update button.
I hope this answers your question. 🙂
