Hi @sorosalmos ,
May I have some images of the backend pricing settings on your site? If possible, please provide us with a link to your published product with price by quantity rules activated so that we can check the frontend from our side here.
Best regards.
Hi @sorosalmos ,
I have checked your site and also tried to retrieve the same settings on our dev site. The only difference might be that we do not use the price per unit for products on our site.
You might want to check and disable or hide that unit price under the product title before checking back again.
If that doesn’t help, you can deactivate all other plugins, only keep WooCommerce and our plugin to check again. Then, reactivate others one by one to find which is interfering with our plugin on your site.
Best regards.
Hi,
We turned off the unit price but that wasn’t solved the problem.
I’ve checked with just the woo plugin and yours and the problem still exists. I’ve tried with the storefront theme as well but the bug still persist.
What should be the next step?
Regards,
Álmos
Hi @sorosalmos ,
Probably, there are some elements interfering with our plugin on the cart page.
By the way, may I ask if you are using the cart block widget for your site? I know there are reports about issues with the price display and quantity on the cart page. This was due to the fact that our plugins are not compatible with the new cart block. Our developpers could not fix find any solution to this by far.
If possible, you might want to test again with any of our WPC themes here: https://profiles.wordpress.org/wpclever/#content-themes.
This is a technical conflict, unfortunately, we cannot offer any further help since this is a public forum. This will requires backend inspection, but that’s a violation of the security and privacy policies on this forum.
Best regards.
