Cart is stuck to free shipping

    I just bought premium and I have some major issues
    1.I cannot uncheck tax and shipping
    2.I have allowed free shipping for total of 50€ and above.When products are added to cart and the 50€ limit is reached it always shows free shipping no matter the size of the order. I have logged out of my account and it keeps saying shipping is free for all orders
