Cart Empty – Intermittent

Orders are being received but some users are reporting cart is empty after adding product(s)
I have followed all the steps here:

impromptu/woocommerce/cart/cart-shipping.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.0, is only message on system status.
Hosting : GoDaddy
There are no caching plugins running

Any advice much appreciated
